Shipping & Returns

Fulfillment Time:

Orders will ship out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. 

We do not fulfill orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

FASTPASS: If you have purchased a fastpass ($3.00), your order will be fulfilled and shipped out next business day.

 

Pre-Orders:

If you have purchased a pre-order, please check the item description for the date the item will ship. Estimated delivery dates at checkout do not apply to pre-orders.

 

Shipping:

Please keep in mind our fulfillment time of 2-3 business days before the package is shipped.

Packages will be shipping from Miami, Florida.

United States - California

Standard shipping - $8 on all U.S. orders. Once shipped, package will arrive in 3-5 business days.

Express shipping - $12.50 on all U.S. orders. Once shipped, package will arrive in 1-3 business days. 

Free shipping - Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping (3-5 business days).

United States - Territories

We offer two calculated shipping options through USPS. First class packages should arrive in 4-10 days after placing your order. Priority mail should arrive in 4-5 business days after placing your order.

Canada

We offer USPS calculated shipping for all orders shipped to Canada. Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees. 

International 

We offer USPS & UPS calculated shipping for international orders. If you do not see shipping available for your country, please contact us for assistance! Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees. 


Refund Policy:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you’d like to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The order must fall within the 30-day return window
  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number or receipt
  • The reason for your return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back.
Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:

  • 💳 Refund to your original payment method
  • 🎁 Store credit with a 20% bonus (Example: $100 refund = $120 gift card)

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card sent to your email. It does not expire and can be used on anything in our shop.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds and store credit apply to the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the situation and correct the issue if need be.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oswald & Sons is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands. Please contact the mail carrier if any of these issues arise.
