Shipping & Returns

Holiday Shipping: 

 

For guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve, please place your orders before the following dates:

Standard Shipping: December 12th 

Expedited Shipping: December 15th

Also, we strongly recommend to purchase our "Package Protection" for your holiday orders. USPS and UPS are working very hard to deliver your orders safely but mistakes do happen during this peak season.

 

Fulfillment Time: 

Orders will ship out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. 

We do not fulfill orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

 

Shipping: 

United States - Domestic

Standard shipping - $8 on all U.S. orders. Package will arrive in 3-5 business days.

Express shipping - $12 on all U.S. orders. Package will arrive in 1-3 business days. 

United States - Territories

We offer two calculated shipping options through USPS. First class packages should arrive in 4-10 days after placing your order. Priority mail should arrive in 4-5 business days after placing your order.

Canada

We offer USPS calculated shipping for all orders shipped to Canada. Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees. 

International 

We offer USPS & UPS calculated shipping for international orders. If you do not see shipping available for your country, please contact us for assistance! Customers are responsible for all customs & duties fees. 

 

Package Protection

If you purchased the Oswald & Sons Package Protection, and your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please email us at oswaldandsons@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

If you deselected the Oswald & Sons Package Protection at checkout, Oswald & Sons is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the package is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands. Please contact the mail carrier if any of these issues arise.


Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, contact us at oswaldandsons@gmail.com with your receipt and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the situation and correct the issue if need be.
