How can I start a return or exchange?
If your order meets the following criteria, please email us at oswaldandsons@gmail.com to begin the return/exchange process.
- Within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products are unused
- Products are not "Sale" or "Vintage" items
Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What do I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package seems delayed, don’t panic just yet! Shipping carriers sometimes experience slowdowns that are out of our hands.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package seems lost, email us with your order number and we’ll jump in to help. If it’s officially declared lost by the carrier, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

When do you restock products?
We try our best to keep our best sellers in stock at all times. Other items may be restocked on a monthly basis.
To stay up to date with our restocks, please subscribe to our emails so you will be the first to know when your favorite items are back in the shop!
What are "Perfectly Imperfect" products?
These are items that have been marked down because they contain a small defect like a tiny hole or ink stain.
These items will ship separately and are non-refundable.
How should I wash my items?
For any screen printed garments:
- Turn inside out
- Wash cold
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron the screen printed area directly
