How can I start a return or exchange?

If your order meets the following criteria, please email us at to begin the return/exchange process.

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Products are unused
  • Products are not "Sale" or "Vintage" items

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What do I do if my package is delayed or lost?

We do our best to ensure orders are processed and handed off to our shipping partners on time.

If your package is delayed in the delivery process, please check with the shipping carrier provided with your tracking number to see if there are any further updates. At this point, it is out of our hands and we are unfortunately unable to speed the process along.

If you purchased the Package Protection and your package has been lost, stolen or damaged, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have not purchased the Package Protection, we are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages and, therefore, cannot send you a replacement or issue a refund.

When do you restock products?

We try our best to keep our best sellers in stock at all times. Other items may be restocked on a monthly basis.

What are "Perfectly Imperfect" products?

These are items that have been marked down because they contain a small defect like a tiny hole or ink stain.

These items will ship separately and are non-refundable.

How should I wash my items?

For any screen printed garments:

  • Turn inside out
  • Wash cold
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron the screen printed area directly
